Alyson Rae Stoner is an American performer, actress and dancer. Her film credits are in Cheaper by the Dozen Cheaper by the Dozen 2 and the Step Up franchise. Alyson Stoner made her debut as a triple threat on the Disney Channel, co-hosting Mike's Super Short Show. In 2002, she became the Little Pigtailed Dancer to Missy Elliott in her music video Missy Elliott Work It. Alyson, who was born in August 1993 was a model, singer, actress and songwriter. The roles she has played are Max from The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and Isabella Garcia Shapiro and Jenny on Phineas and Ferb. Her previous roles included Sally, Mike's Super Short Show.. and now she has shared her experience of a "four-year-old vegan/plant-based" lifestyle on an Instagram post. Stoner has stated that she doesn't 'tell individuals what they need to take care of their own health'. She wanted to show the ways that avoiding animal products benefited both her physical and mental health.
